BetJamaica reserves the right to limit, restrict, or decline wagers, and/or individual wagering accounts.
All wagering limits are established by BetJamaica and are subject to change at the discretion of BetJamaica, including restrictive limits for individual accounts.

Bonuses / Referrals apply to one (1) account per household and / or IP address.
The minimum deposit for wagering is $50. The minimum telephone wager is $10. The minimum deposit to qualify for a deposit bonus is $50. Transfer fees will be reimbursed only for deposits of $200 or more.
For all wagering purposes, BetJamaica does not recognize suspended, postponed, rescheduled contests, protested contests, or overturned decisions. All events must be played on the date and site scheduled, unless otherwise specified, or the contest will be considered "no action" and all wagers will be refunded.
All wagers and money transactions will be recorded, and recordings will be used to resolve any wager dispute or account discrepancy.
All wagers require a readback, AND confirmation by the customer, before wagers are official and final. If the telephone call is terminated for any reason prior to readback and confirmation, all wagers will be voided and will have "no action."
The readback of wagers, and confirmation by the customer, is official, AND FINAL. All wagers will be read back and it is the customer’s responsibility to listen carefully to ensure that no mistake has been made. If a mistake occurs and the wager recording confirms that the customer agreed to the mistake, there will be no recourse. All confirmations by the customer are FINAL. Confirmation is considered acceptable if the customer agrees verbally, or repeats his or her account number at the end of the call.
It is the customer's responsibility to review all internet wagers prior to confirmation. After the customer confirms the wagers by entering the appropriate password, the wager becomes official and final. Should a mistake become evident after confirmation, the customer must immediately notify the customer service department. If the mistake was detected within 30 minutes of confirmation, and if the contest wagered has not started, and if the lines or odds on the contest have not changed, a customer service supervisor will delete the wager and it can be re-entered correctly.
BetJamaica reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager. This may include, but not limited to past posted plays, obvious line errors, or exceeded bet limit amounts.
Correlations or combinations of free plays, special offers or free accounts are not allowed. Each offer is only recognized on it's own merit.
All free contest prizes are considered the same as bonuses and standard bonus rules apply.
BetJamaica reserves the right to ask customers to provide a valid proof of identification. Clients opening an account with BetJamaica agree to provide, on demand, necessary documents. Identification may be a picture ID (copy of drivers license, state ID or passport) and a copy of utility bill with the clients name for proof of address. Firepay and Credit Card deposits may require identification before the BetJamaica account is active.
Grading of all wagers will be completed only after final scores have been received and confirmed as official.
BetJamaica does not report wagering wins or losses to any agency or governmental office, but it is the responsibility of each individual to provide such data to the appropriate agencies on their own behalf.
All rules, regulations, and wager payoffs, are subject to change at the discretion of BetJamaica, without prior notification.
BetJamaica is not responsible for any misrepresentation by any of its customers.
The maximum win amount for any and all wagers in a single day, a single event, or a combined parlay payout is: $100,000.
Las Vegas rules will apply to any rule or wager not covered by BetJamaica wagering rules.
